I have been in the Strength and Conditioning field for over fourteen years. Along with being the sole owner here at the Elite Performance Center, I currently sit on the Board of Directors for CASK (Council of Amateur Sport Kickboxing) along with being the Director of Strength and Conditioning for the Canadian National Kickboxing team. I am the
Personal Strength Coach of 5-time World Middleweight Kickboxing Champion, Muzammal Nawaz.
I have been successful in training a variety of athletes, fitness/bodybuilding competitors and everyday people wishing to achieve a balance of health, fitness and overall well-being.
I also certify individuals wishing to become Personal Trainers. I run Personal Training Certification Courses through the Sports Performance Institute (SPI).
I have done numerous speaking engagements and presentations. I have done seminars for major training organizations such as CPTN, the Strength Summit at the Arnold Classic, Boxing Ontario, Ottawa University, BP Oils, major corporate companies and personal seminars within my facility.
Along with writing bi-weekly newsletters on my website, I also has write for such magazines such as Oxygen Fitness along with writing monthly for Inside Fitness, Canada’s Largest Fitness Magazine.
You can also watch me on Television where I am the host of two exciting television shows, Body Fuel and Training with Pros. Body Fuel is a unique cooking show dedicated to teaching athletes ‘How to create great tasting meals, while still maintaining their goals’. Additionally on Training with Pros, I can be seen training with a different Pro Athlete each episode; truly demonstrating ‘what it takes to train like a pro’! I have had the opportunity to train with John Tavares, and numerous MMA fighters such as Patrick Cote, Mark Homminick, Adrian Wooley, Miguel Torres and Chuck Liddell. I’ve had the pleasure to interview such people as the Owners of Tap Out, Dan Hardy, George St. Pierre and many other Pro Athletes.
With a tremendous amount of years and experience under my belt, by goal is pretty simple…getting you from point A to point B as effectively as possible!

Taylor Jarvis is a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning coach to Elite Athletes. She began her career in fitness as a teenager coaching competitive gynamstics, power tumbling and trampoline and later assumed the role of coaching National level gymnastics at the National Gymnastics Training Centre. She later left that field to pursue a career in personal training and athlete development in the fitness field.
Currently, Taylor is teaching bootcamps and personal training to all levels, and is one of the hockey strength and conditioning coaches at Elite Performance Centre. She spends her spare time as a trainer to her daughter's hockey team and is working with many other female hockey associations.
Taylor believes the key to success is by building a solid foundation from the beginning. She is passionate about using correct form, proper technique and injury prevention in a fun environment.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. With Spinning, Aqua-Fit/Hydrotherapy and a multitude of other fitness programs for the past 15 years with the YMCA's of Canada and other various private clubs. Standard First Aid, AED and CPR Certified.
Health and Wellness Coach
After struggling with obesity for the majority of my life, I was faced with a crisis that led to me dramatically changing my life. A knee injury had me bed ridden for 4 weeks, and I can honestly say this was one of the best things that ever happened to me. These were the questions I kept asking myself, and then I found my answer: The CHEK Institute. My best friend introduced me to a man named Paul Chek, a Holistic Health Practitioner who advocated a much different approach to health and wellness than what was conventionally accepted. Following the CHEK Institute's foundational principles, I lost 100 pounds and dramatically transformed both my body and my mind. I found my calling. I finally knew what I wanted to do. I wanted to help people just like me; I wanted to show others it is possible to take control of your health and create what you want in life. My passion is helping people live their passions, and live their purpose, so they have a more fulfilling life.
