And it would be far beyond the scope of this single page to teach you everything there is to know about weight training and nutrition! Here's my point: Arnold Schwarzenegger wrote a book about weight training called, "The Encyclopaedia of Modern Bodybuilding" and its 736 pages long with 850 photographs! Former Mr. Universe Bill Pearl also wrote a hefty volume on the subject with 638 pages called, "Keys to the Inner Universe." Pearl's book is so detailed, it has 151 exercises for the biceps alone! Getting your body in shape takes time, dedication and knowledge. That's where our experience comes in. Our job is to pass on the knowledge we've obtained to allow you to reach your goals as quickly as possible.

Our clients have seen such great results for a number of reasons. For one, all of our clients go through a thorough consultation where we find out all of the client's goals, limitations, lifestyle habits, injuries, previous training history and what kind of help they are looking for from us. From there, we go through an intensive biomechanical assessment taking a look at any imbalances, weaknesses or other factors that are integral parts of designing a program. From there a "training foundation" is built. Just like building a house requires specific planning and organization, so does achieving goals. Too many people merely show up to a gym, do a fitness class or apply some strength training, but they have no specific path to follow and no systematic approach. And this is why most people fail to achieve their goals! We also use training methods that are cutting edge and are proven to work. We use equipment uncommon to most gyms and other Personal Trainers, and can show you exercises you have never seen or tried before!
You can enjoy the option of training one-on-one, with a partner or small group, or even by joining a specialty group class such as Boot Camp

We incorporate a variety of training tools and a variety of training methods with our clients to get the maximum results in the shortest amount of time! Only 78% of participants successfully complete a Tough Mudder event. Want to be one of them? You're going to need to do some serious training. That said, completing a Tough Mudder event is as much about mental toughness, grit, and camaraderie (and having a great time) as anything exclusively physical. In terms of what you are looking at: each Tough Mudder course will have 10-12 miles of hills, mud, water, ropes, walls, electric shocks, and fire designed to push you to your limit. Tough Mudder Boot Camp combines resistance training with high-intensity cardiovascular exercises to prepare you for the challenges you’ll face on a Tough Mudder course. This program delivers an intense mix of cardio and strength training in what some folks call “circuit training.” We call it Boot Camp. The program is entirely flexible and can be tailored to the time you have available and your level of fitness.
