Metabolic Conditioning
This class is designed to get
your heart rate up and push you to your limits, it’s torture but we do it together!

Wednesday

Strength – Lower Body
Heavy focus on leg and glute strength, this class is sets and reps based so you can go at your own pace!

Strength – Upper Body
This class focuses on your back, chest, shoulders and arms and is sets and reps based so you can go at your own pace!

Strength & Conditioning

A combination of lifting heavy weights and cardio exercises.
