Our HYROX Group Classes are designed for anyone looking to build strength, endurance, and race-specific fitness in a motivating team environment.
With 15+ classes offered each week and a maximum capacity of 20 athletes per class, you’ll get the energy of a group setting while still receiving coaching and guidance throughout the workout.
Classes follow the functional training style used in HYROX races, combining running, strength, and conditioning to help you improve performance and overall fitness. Whether you’re preparing for a race or simply want a challenging and structured workout, our classes are suitable for a range of fitness levels.
You can join our HYROX classes through an unlimited membership or by purchasing drop-in class packages, giving you the flexibility to train on your schedule.
New to HYROX or looking to build confidence before race day? Our HYROX Foundations Package is designed to introduce you to the format, movements, and standards used in a HYROX race.
This package includes three, one-on-one, 60 minute sessions:
Session 1 – Assessment & Overview: We’ll assess your current fitness level and walk you through the HYROX race format, key movement standards, and the equipment used during competition.
Sessions 2 & 3 – HYROX Workouts: Put your knowledge into practice with two structured HYROX-style workouts designed to build familiarity, pacing, and confidence with the race stations.

Already training for HYROX and looking to sharpen your performance? Our HYROX One-on-One Coaching sessions are designed for athletes who want to better understand race standards, refine their technique, and eliminate inefficiencies.
In these personalized sessions, we’ll break down the HYROX race rules and movement standards, review your pacing and transitions, and work through key stations to identify areas for improvement. With targeted coaching and feedback, you’ll learn strategies to move more efficiently, conserve energy, and perform at a higher level on race day.
