THRESHOLD THURSDAY

SUNDAY COMPLETE

This session involves a circuit-style workout that will put into practice the skills and techniques we’ve been training on throughout the week. This session is designed to assess your performance and provide valuable insights into your progress. Throughout the workout, we’ll monitor various aspects of performance, allowing you to be able to monitor and track your progress over time.
